We all know there are things we “should” do for our health but can’t find the motivation to do them. Everyone tells you it is hard to get motivated to change a habit. I am here to tell you that it’s not. As your health coach, I will help you get excited to start your health journey and keep going!
A = Action
I will guide you through small, actionable steps that will lead you to your goals. The steps may seem simple, which is the key! Those small steps stack on top of each other and before you know it, you have taken a big leap toward your goals.
P = Permanent
We have all tried to eat healthy, lose weight, exercise, manage our stress, get better sleep – the list goes on and on. We do have success…but it doesn’t last. With my MAP program, support and accountability are built in for you. We are a team! You will learn strategies to make YOUR new habits permanent.
